Eat less, exercise more. Everyone knows this is the key to better health and a slimmer waistline. So why does America have an obesity epidemic? Do we really lack the willpower to succeed at such a simple formula? Just eat less—less fat, less carbs, less salt. Less processed foods, less calories, less meat. Trim Healthy Mama (TMH) suggests an alternative approach to food. This self-published book was written by a pair of homeschooling moms and offers hope for anyone who has struggled with diets. It isn’t just a weight loss program; it’s a lifestyle to maintain better health. The book has shot to the top of bestseller lists without any commercial advertising—just word of mouth.
